Maintenance

l   Check the vacuum gauge all the time to ensure that the vacuum chamber works well.

l   The pipe need to be cleaned after use.

l   Regular clean should be done to lid to remove grease and dust.

Precautions

l   Do not select vacuum chamber just according to the size of mould. Due to the liquid expansion, the epoxy rasin would overflow from the crack.

l   Don’t release gas too fast so as not to damage the valve.

Applications:

The vacuum chamber is to make the raw material to remove the bubble or defoaming faster , the stirring and mixing of the materials are more uniform and tight while vacuuming. Such as resin, paint, ink, pigment, PVC raw materials, silica gel, battery colloid, adhesive, dispersant, gypsum, red glue, silica gel etc. The vacuum chamber can make the vacuum more purge and have no bubble or gas in the chamber or inside the materials.

Note:

Some people use large dies, so they want to buy a big chamber, this idea is wrong.Because the resin, AB glue, and then you put it in the chamber for degassing.The liquid expands and will flow out from the cracks in the molds until all the liquid flows out.  When the pressure is unloaded and there will be no liquid left in it.

So choosing the right dimension is important.
